Easy to make, this sorbet offers a silky texture and a delicate taste. Follow these simple steps to enjoy your own frozen creation and wow your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumber, peeled and diced (about 300 g)
    4 sprigs of fresh mint
    3 spoons of agave syrup
    Juice of a lemon
    2 shots of a liquid of your choice to improve the texture

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix the diced cucumber, mint leaves, agave syrup and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Pass the puree through a sieve to eliminate any solid residues and obtain a finer mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami.
  • Close the lid of the Ninja Creami and let freeze for 24 hours.
  • Mix with the Sorbet option.

    At the end of the cycle, add the 2 shots of the chosen liquid and launch a re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy sorbet texture. Tasting suggestions:
