Ingredients
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced (about 300g)
4 sprigs of fresh mint
3 tablespoons of agave syrup
Juice of 1 lemon
2 shots of a liquid of your choice to improve the texture
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced cucumber, mint leaves, agave syrup and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pass the puree through a sieve to remove any solid residue and obtain a finer mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami.
- Close the lid of the Ninja Creami and let it freeze for 24 hours.
- Blend using the Sorbet option. At the end of the cycle, add two shots of your chosen liquid and run a re-spin cycle until you achieve a creamy sorbet texture.
