Ingredients

  • 300 g mango, peeled and diced
    200 ml coconut milk
    50 g coconut sugar or sweetening agent of your choice
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the diced mango, coconut milk, coconut sugar and lemon juice.
  • Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
  • Freeze for 24 hours.
  • Use the Lite Ice cream option of Ninja Creami to achieve a creamy consistency.
  • At the end of the cycle, add two shots of the liquid of your choice and restart a re-spin cycle for an even smoother texture.
