Ingredients

  • 300 ml of fresh lemon juice
    100 g of sugar
    1 bunch of fresh basil
    1 egg white beaten to soft peaks
    2 shots of water

Instructions

  • Mix the lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
  • Mix with the basil
  • Gently incorporate the egg whites into the mixture.
  • Freeze for 24 hours.
  • Use a cycle with the Ninja Creami Sorbet option to achieve a creamy texture.
  • At the end of the cycle, add two shots of water and run a re-spin cycle for the perfect consistency.
