Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
    1 cup of cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
    1/2 cup of sugar
    4 biscuits, crumbled
    1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, diced
    1 tablespoon of strawberry jam
    2 shots of milk

Instructions

  • Mix the crème fraîche, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add the diced strawberries, mix gently.
  • Pour into the Ninja Creami lidded container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Mix with Ice cream. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the 2 shots of milk and run a re-spin cycle until you get a creamy texture.
  • Add the crushed biscuits and strawberry jam and start the Extras mode.
