Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh strawberries, hulled and cut into pieces
    1 tablespoon of agave syrup
    Juice of one lemon
    20 ml of rosemary syrup

  • Ingredients for Rosemary Syrup:
    100 g of rosemary leaves
    4 ml of lemon juice
    300 ml of water
    125 g of sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the Rosemary syrup:
    Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan.
    Boil for 5 to 10 minutes until you obtain a syrup consistency. Pour the lemon juice and rosemary leaves into the syrup.
    Leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Filter, cover and let the mixture cool in the refrigerator.
  • In the Ninja Creami container, place the strawberries, rosemary syrup and lemon juice.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
