A smooth peanut ice cream recipe using the Ninja Creami machine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream (15% fat)
    , 2 cups whole milk,
    4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter,
    1/2 cup granulated sugar,
    2 shots of milk to add at the end for consistency

Instructions

  • In the mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and sugar until well blended.
  • Now, add the heavy cream and whole milk to the peanut butter mixture. Whisk until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Next, pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Freeze the ice for 24 hours.
  • Blend using the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Blend again using the re-spin cycle.
