Mint chocolate ice cream recipe using the Ninja Creami machine.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of 15% heavy cream
    , 1 cup of whole milk
    , 3/4 cup of granulated sugar,
    2 drops of green food coloring,
    1 teaspoon of peppermint extract,
    1/2 cup of chocolate chips,
    2 shots of milk

Instructions

  •  Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in the peppermint extract. Add the two drops of food coloring.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Blend using the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Blend again using the re-spin cycle.
  • Add the chocolate chips and run an "Extra" cycle
