Ingredients

  • 20g Philadelphia-type cream cheese
    , 55g caster sugar,
    1 tsp liquid vanilla extract,
    100ml 20% fat cream,
    250ml whole milk,
    50g Crunch,
    commercial caramel sauce for topping

Instructions

  • In a bowl, place the cream cheese and microwave until softened. Stir until smooth.
    Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl, then stir until the sugar is fully incorporated.
    Gradually stir in the heavy cream and milk, mixing well until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container. Place the storage lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
    Remove the container from the freezer and remove the lid.
  • Ensure the bowl is securely in place in the machine and select the "Ice Cream" program. Start the cycle.
    Once the cycle is complete, run a second "Ice Cream Lite" cycle.
    After the second cycle, add 1 shot (or 1 tablespoon) of milk. Reinsert the bowl into the machine and press "RE-SPIN".
    Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Add the Crunch pieces on top of the ice cream.
    Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
    Using a spoon, gently mix the Crunch and sauce into the ice cream.
