Ingredients

  • 20g of Philadelphia type spread
    55g of powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract
    100ml of liquid cream 20%
    250ml whole milk
    50g of crunch
    with industrial caramel sauce for topping

Instructions

  • In a bowl, put the spread and heat in the microwave until softening. Mix to obtain a smooth texture.
    Add the sugar and the vanilla extract to the bowl, then mix until the sugar is completely incorporated.
    Gradually incorporate the cream and milk, mixing well until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Pour the preparation into the Ninja Creami container. Place the conservation cover and freeze for 24 hours.
    Remove the pot from the freezer and remove the cover.
  • Ensure that the bowl is in place in the device and select the "Ice Cream" program. Start the cycle.
    Once the cycle is finished, relaunch a second cycle "Ice Cream Lite".
    After the second cycle, add 1 shot (or 1 tablespoon) of milk. Reintegrate the bowl into the device and press "Re-Spin".
    Continue to mix until you get a creamy and homogeneous texture.
  • Add the crunch bursts on top of the ice cream.
    Generously pour the caramel sauce.
    Using a spoon, gently mix the crunch and the cream sauce.
