Also known as frozen yogurt or simply yogurt ice cream, frozen yogurt is the perfect dessert to enjoy while also benefiting from its nutritional properties. A very healthy and light ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 3 plain yogurts
    , 100 ml of milk,
    50 g of granulated sugar,
    1 tablespoon of vanilla extract,
    2 shots of milk

Instructions

  • Whisk the yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract in the bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Blend using the Lite ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Blend again using the re-spin cycle.
  • Once finished, you can enjoy the frozen yogurt immediately for a soft texture, or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze it for a few hours for a firmer texture.
  • Serve in bowls or cones, and enjoy your homemade vanilla frozen yogurt!

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, you can use Greek yogurt.
  • When ready to serve, add your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit or chocolate chips.
  • Since we all have different taste preferences, some prefer sweeter ice cream while others enjoy it less sweet. To ensure your ice cream is to your liking, don't hesitate to taste your mixture before placing it in the freezer with your Ninja Creami.
