Also known as frozen yogurt or simply yogurt ice cream, frozen yogurt is the ideal dessert to indulge in, while enjoying the nutritional benefits. A very healthy and light ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 3 natural yogurts
    100 ml of milk
    50 g of granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
    2 shots of milk

Instructions

  • Whisk the yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract in the bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Mix with the Lite ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Mix again with the re-spin cycle.
  • Once finished, you can enjoy the frozen yogurt immediately for a soft texture, or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze it for a few hours for a firmer texture.
  • Serve in bowls or cones, and enjoy your homemade vanilla frozen yogurt!

Notes

  • For a tangier flavor, you can use Greek yogurt.
  • When serving, add your favorite toppings, like fresh fruit or chocolate chips.
