Apple and lime sorbet is a wonderful blend of sweetness and tartness. The apple provides a naturally smooth and sweet texture, while the lime adds a vibrant freshness. This sorbet is light, full of flavor, and incredibly refreshing for summer and a delightful after-dinner treat in winter!

Ingredients :
- 2 apples (preferably Granny Smith for their tartness)
- 100 ml of lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 5 tablespoons of agave syrup (or adjust to your taste)
- 100 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the apples.
Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small pieces. The riper the apples, the more sweetness they will add to your sorbet. - Blend the ingredients.
Put the apple pieces, lime juice, water, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until smooth. The lime aroma should already give you a taste of the final result! - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Churn with the Sorbet program.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Sorbet" . A few minutes later, you'll have a smooth and tangy sorbet. - Respin Tip:
If the sorbet is too firm, use the "Respin" and add approximately 30 ml of water to smooth the texture.

My Personal Tip:
To add a touch of crunch and color, serve this sorbet with thin slices of fresh apple or sprinkle it with lime zest. A drizzle of honey or a few shards of caramelized walnuts would also add a touch of indulgence to this light dessert.
This apple-lime sorbet is a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, ideal for refreshing your taste buds on hot summer days. Thanks to Ninja Creami, you'll get a smooth and silky texture with vibrant apple and lime flavors. A dessert you absolutely must try!
