Apple-lime sorbet is a great blend of sweetness and tartness. The apple provides a naturally smooth and sweet texture, while the lime brightens everything up with a radiant freshness. This sorbet is light, full of flavors, and super refreshing for summer and very nice as a digestive at the end of a meal in winter!

Ingredients :
- 2 apples (preferably Granny Smith for their tangy side)
- 100 ml lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 5 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
- 100 ml of water
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the apples
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small pieces. The riper the apples, the sweeter they will be in your sorbet. - Mix the ingredients
Put the apple pieces, lime juice, water, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Mix everything until you obtain a very smooth texture. The scent of lime should already give you a taste of the final result! - Pour into the Ninja Creami container
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then put the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Turbine with the Sorbet program
Once the preparation is well frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the “Sorbet” . A few minutes later, you will obtain a creamy and tangy sorbet. - Respin Tip
If the sorbet is too firm, use the “Respin” and add about 30 ml of water to smooth the texture.

My Personal Tip:
To add a little crunch and color, serve this sorbet with thin slices of fresh apple or sprinkle with lime zest. A drizzle of honey or a few pieces of caramelized nuts would also add a delicious touch to this light dessert.
This apple-lime sorbet is a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, perfect for refreshing the taste buds on hot summer days. With Ninja Creami, you'll get a soft, silky texture, with vibrant flavors of apple and lime. A dessert to try without hesitation!
