- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice (to prevent oxidation and add a slight acidity)
- A pinch of salt
- Approximately 100 ml of cold water, adjusted according to the desired consistency

Preparation :
- In a blender, blend the avocados with the lime juice and salt. Gradually add water until you obtain a smooth consistency, but thick enough to hold its shape like a scoop of ice cream.
