Ingredients :
- 2 very ripe bananas (the riper they are, the sweeter they will be and the more perfect they will be for ice cream)
- 100 ml of coconut milk (opt for full-fat coconut milk, not low-fat)
- 150 ml coconut cream (for even more richness)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
- A pinch of salt (optional, but it always brings out the flavors!)
- A few shavings of toasted coconut (optional, but it's the little extra that makes all the difference)
Preparation :
- Prepare the bananas.
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. The riper they are, the more natural sweetness they will give to your ice cream. - Blend the ingredients.
