Ingredients :
- 3 very ripe bananas (the riper the better for sweetness)
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (adjust to your taste)
- 80 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the bananas.
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. The riper they are, the better, as they will add a lot of natural sweetness to the sorbet. Lemon juice helps preserve the bananas' color and adds a touch of acidity. - Blend the ingredients.
In your blender, combine the banana pieces, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. It's super easy and already smells delicious! - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.

If the sorbet is still too firm, use the "Respin" and add about 30 ml of liquid (such as water or a little more banana juice) to achieve an even smoother texture.

My Personal Tip:
This banana sorbet is perfect as is, but if you want to make it even more decadent, add chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or even a drizzle of maple syrup. You can also try pairing it with a red berry coulis for a delicious contrast of flavors!
