Ingredients :

  • 3 ripe bananas (the most ripe possible for more sweetness)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 80 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the bananas
    peeling the bananas and cut them into pieces. The more ripe they are, the better, because they will bring a lot of natural sweetness to the sorbet. Lemon juice helps preserve the color of the bananas and brings a little tangy touch.
  2. Mixes the ingredients
    in your blender, put the pieces of bananas, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a small pinch of salt. Mix everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous texture. It's ultra-simple and it already smells good banana!
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container

My Personal Tip:

This banana sorbet is perfect as it is, but if you want to make it even more greedy, adds chocolate chips, nuts or even a net of maple syrup. You can also try to marry it with a red fruit coulis for a delicious contrast of flavors!
