Ingredients

  • 4 blood oranges
    , 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    , 1/2 cup water
    , 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice,
    3 shots of orange juice

Instructions

  • Start by squeezing the blood oranges to obtain about 1 1/2 cups of juice. Remove the seeds.
  • In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Mix the sugar syrup, blood orange juice and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  •  Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
