Ingredients :

  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of whole liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee (or a strong espresso if you prefer)
  • 50 ml of caramel sauce (or more according to your taste)
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Dissolve the coffee.
    If using instant coffee, dissolve it in a little hot milk. If you prefer espresso, prepare it in advance and let it cool.
  2. Blend the ingredients (without the caramel for now).
    In a blender, combine the milk, cream, dissolved coffee, and a pinch of salt. Blend well until you get a smooth mixture. The smell of coffee will already make you want to dip a spoon in!
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container
    Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, but do not add the caramel yet . Be careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Then place in the freezer for 24 hours .
  4. Turbine with the Ice Cream program
    Once the 24 hours have passed, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and start the "Ice Cream" . The ice cream will be creamy, with the intense flavor of coffee developing perfectly.
  5. Add the caramel with the Extra mode
    Once your ice cream is ready, add the caramel using the "Mix-In" . This allows the caramel to be incorporated without it completely melting, giving you delicious ribbons of caramel throughout the ice cream. You can add more or less caramel according to your taste, that's really what makes this ice cream so magical!
  6. Respin Tip:
    If the texture is a little too firm, use the "Respin" to smooth it out. If necessary, add 30 ml of milk for an even creamier consistency.

My Personal Tip:

For an even more indulgent touch, serve this ice cream with toasted hazelnut shards or a little grated chocolate on top. And if you want a really wow effect, add an extra drizzle of caramel just before serving. The combination of coffee and caramel is truly a winning combination!
