Cardamom, with its spicy, slightly lemony, and resinous aromas, works wonders in syrup. This syrup is perfect for drizzling over ice cream made with Ninja Creami, or for adding an exotic touch to your drinks and desserts. If you love subtle and spicy flavors, this syrup will charm you.

Ingredients :
- 250 ml of water
- 200 g of sugar
- 6 green cardamom pods (lightly crushed)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional, for a touch of acidity)
Preparation :
- Heat the water and sugar.
In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring regularly until the sugar is completely dissolved. - Add the cardamom pods.
Add the crushed cardamom pods to the saucepan. Let them infuse over low heat for about 10 minutes so that the cardamom releases all its spicy aromas into the syrup. - Add the lemon juice (optional).
If you want to balance the sweetness of the syrup with a touch of acidity, add a tablespoon of lemon juice at the end of cooking. - Filter the syrup.
Remove the pan from the heat and pass the syrup through a fine sieve to remove the cardamom pods. - Let it cool.
Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature before pouring it into an airtight bottle. It keeps well in the refrigerator for about a week.

My Personal Tip:
This cardamom syrup is ideal for drizzling over vanilla or frozen yogurt made with Ninja Creami. For a bolder twist, try it with mango or mixed berry sorbet. It adds a spicy and fragrant touch that makes desserts even more indulgent. If you want an even more exotic experience, add this syrup to an iced coffee or even a chai latte for an explosion of flavor!
This subtle and spicy syrup will add an exotic and delicate touch to your Ninja Creami frozen creations. With this cardamom syrup, your desserts will be more refined and fragrant than ever!
