Ingredients :

  • 150 g of dark chocolate (or milk, depending on your preferences)
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of whole liquid cream
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the caramel
