minutesAlso known as frozen yogurt or simply yogurt ice cream, frozen yogurt is the perfect dessert to enjoy while also benefiting from its nutritional properties. A very healthy and light ice cream!
Ingredients
3 plain yogurts,
1 cup of milk
, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
50g of granulated sugar,
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
100g of chocolate chips (optional),
3 shots of milk
Instructions
- Combine the cocoa powder, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Mix with the Lite ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Mix again with the re-spin cycle.
- Add the chocolate chips during and start a + Extra cycle. The frozen yogurt should be soft and creamy.
Notes
- Pour the chocolate frozen yogurt into bowls or cones and enjoy the chocolatey goodness!
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to your liking. For an extra rich chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
