Also known as frozen yogurt or simply yogurt ice cream, frozen yogurt is the ideal dessert to indulge in, while enjoying the nutritional benefits. A very healthy and light ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 3 plain yogurts
    1 cup of milk
    3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    50 g of granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    100 g of chocolate chips (optional)
    3 shots of milk

Instructions

  • Mix the cocoa powder, yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract in the mixing bowl. Mix until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  •  Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Mix with the Lite ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Mix again with the re-spin cycle.
  • Add the chocolate chips and start a + Extra cycle. The frozen yogurt should be soft and creamy.

Notes

  • Pour the chocolate frozen yogurt into bowls or cones and enjoy the chocolatey goodness!
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste. For an extra rich chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
  • Since we all have different taste preferences, some prefer sweeter ice creams while others enjoy them less sweet.
