The apple-cannelle sorbet is a delicious combination of softness and spices. This sorbet reminds the taste of spicy apple cider a little, but in an ice and ultra-light version. Perfect for fans of apple and sweet spices.

Ingredients :

  • 2 apples (preferably Granny Smith for their tangy side)
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (adjust according to your preferences)
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the apples
    peeling the apples, remove the heart and cut them into small pieces. Granny Smith apples are ideal for their slight acidity, but you can use other varieties according to your preferences.
  2. Mixes the ingredients
    in a blender, adds the pieces of apple, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Mix until a very smooth and homogeneous texture.
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container

  4. Turbine with the Sorbet program

  5. Respin tip
    If the sorbet is too firm after the first cycle, uses the "Respin" and adds about 30 ml of water to adjust the texture.

My Personal Tip:

This sorbet is delicious as is, but you can accompany it with a caramel net or a few pieces of fresh apple for more texture. A little touch of cinnamon sprinkled on top before serving, and you have a super elegant and comforting dessert!
