Ingredients :

  • 3 very ripe bananas (the more ripe they are, the more sweet they are)
  • 100 ml of whole liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup (adjust according to your taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (or more if you love it)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the bananas
    peeling the bananas and cut them into pieces. The more ripe they are, the better, because they will give more sweetness to your ice. The lemon juice is there to prevent them from blackening and adding a tart touch.
  2. Mixed the ingredients
    put the pieces of bananas in your blender with the liquid cream, agave syrup, cinnamon and a small pinch of salt. Mix until you get a smooth and creamy texture. You can already feel this sweet smell of banana-cannelle… It's so comforting!
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container
    pours the preparation into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the Max Fill . Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . Patience, it will be worth it!
  4. Turbine with the Ninja Creami
    After 24 hours of freezing, inserts the container in the Ninja Creami and uses the "ice" . A few minutes later, you will have an ultra-seed and fragrant ice cream.
  5. Respin tip
    If the ice is still a little too firm after the first cycle, uses the "Respin" and adds about 30 ml of liquid cream to smooth the texture and make it even more creamy.

My Personal Tip:

This banana-cannelle ice cream is already super gourmet, but if you want to go even further, serve it with caramelized nuts or a caramel net for a perfect combo. And for real cinnamon lovers, add an additional small pinch on top before serving!
