minutesEmbark on a delicious journey with my Coconut Chocolate McFlurry recipe. Inspired by tropical delights, this frozen dessert combines the creaminess of coconut with the intensity of chocolate. Imagine yourself under the palm trees, savoring every bite of this exotic ice cream topped with melted chocolate.
Ingredients
20g cream cheese (like Philadelphia)
, 50g caster sugar,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
150ml coconut yogurt,
230ml coconut milk,
30g desiccated coconut,
chocolate sauce for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the coconut cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually stir in the yogurt and coconut milk, mixing well until the mixture is homogeneous. - Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container. Place the storage lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the container from the freezer and remove the lid. - Make sure the bowl is securely in place in the machine and select the "Ice Cream" program. Start the cycle.
Once the cycle is complete, run a second "Ice Cream Lite" cycle.
After the second cycle, add 1 shot (or 1 tablespoon) of coconut milk. Reinsert the bowl into the machine and press "RE-SPIN".
Continue blending until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture. - Add the shredded coconut on top of the ice cream.
Generously pour the chocolate sauce over the coconut.
Using a spoon, gently mix the coconut and sauce into the ice cream.
Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious Coconut McFlurry with its exotic notes!
