Ingredients :

  • 300g fresh pineapple (or canned, well drained)
  • 200 ml of coconut milk (or coconut cream for an even more indulgent version)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the pineapple.
    If using fresh pineapple, peel it, remove the core, and cut it into chunks. If using canned pineapple, be sure to drain it well to avoid adding too much liquid.
  2. Blend it all together!
