Ingredients
1 cup 15% liquid cream
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee beans
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 shots of milk
Instructions
- Heat whole milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
- Stir the instant coffee beans into the hot milk until they are all combined.
- Mix the heavy cream and granulated sugar in the bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Stir in coffee-infused milk and vanilla extract.
- Now pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container bowl.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Mix with the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Mix again with the re-spin cycle.
- Mix again with the re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy texture.
Notes
- For an extra boost of caffeine, you can adjust the amount of instant coffee according to your taste preferences.
- If you want a smoother texture, use espresso powder instead of instant coffee granules.
