Hello frozen treat lovers! Today, embark on a taste escapade with our Cucumber, Kiwi and Mint Sorbet. Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded, cut into pieces
    1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
    200 ml water
    20 g fresh mint leaves
    20 g granulated sugar
    Juice of a lemon
    2 shots of water

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the cucumber pieces, kiwi and mint leaves.
  • Add the sugar, water and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
  • Close the lid and let freeze for 24 hours.
  • Opt for the Ninja Creami Sorbet option.

    At the end of the cycle, add two shots of water for a perfect texture. Run a re-spin cycle again until you get the desired texture. Tasting Suggestions:
