Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded, cut into pieces
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
200 ml water
20 g fresh mint leaves
20 g granulated sugar
Juice of a lemon
2 shots of water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cucumber pieces, kiwi and mint leaves.
- Add the sugar, water and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Close the lid and let freeze for 24 hours.
