Made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, and garlic, this ice cream subtly revisits the authentic taste of tzatziki. Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely grated
    2 Greek yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    1 tablespoon oil olive (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  • Transfer the mixture to the Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.

  • Once the cycle is finished, open the lid and add the spoonful of olive oil and run a re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy texture.
