Ingredients
- 200g of feta
- 100 ml of whole cream (or plant-based cream for a lactose-free version)
- 100 ml of whole milk (or plant-based milk)
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- A few fresh basil or mint leaves (optional, for an herbaceous touch)
Preparation
- Prepare the mixture.
In a blender, combine the feta cheese with the cream, milk, and pepper until smooth and homogeneous. If you want to add a herbaceous note, add a few basil or mint leaves before blending. The texture should be creamy but fluid enough to freeze well. - Freezing with the Ninja Creami:
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Cover and place the container in the freezer for 24 hours to set properly. - Churn the ice cream.
Once the mixture is completely frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and start the Ice Cream to obtain a creamy texture. If the ice cream is a little firm, use the Respin to soften it and achieve the perfect consistency.
