Ingredients (suitable for the Ninja Creami container):

  • 250 ml of passion fruit pulp (approximately 8-10 passion fruits)
  • 3 tablespoons of agave syrup (adjusting according to your taste)
  • 80 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or the seeds of a vanilla pod
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the passion fruit pulp.
    Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp (you can strain out the seeds if you prefer a smoother texture, or leave them in for more texture). Place the pulp in a blender.
  2. Prepare the vanilla syrup.
    In a small saucepan, heat the water and agave syrup over medium heat. Add the vanilla extract or the seeds from the vanilla bean. Stir until well combined, then let cool to room temperature.
  3. Blend all the ingredients.
    Add the cooled vanilla syrup to the passion fruit pulp in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add a pinch of salt if you want to intensify the flavors.
  4. Pour into the Ninja Creami container
