Garlic and herb ice cream is a bold and perfect option to surprise your guests at an aperitif! It pairs beautifully with crudités, breadsticks, or even crackers. This ice cream offers a fresh, herbaceous contrast, with a light touch of garlic to enhance the flavors without being overpowering.

Ingredients :
- 200 ml of whole liquid cream
- 100 ml of whole milk
- 1 small clove of garlic (or adjust according to desired intensity)
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil
- A pinch of salt (adjust to taste)
- A turn of the pepper mill (optional)

Preparation :
- Prepare the garlic and herb base.
In a bowl, combine the cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Add the finely chopped garlic (or grated if you prefer a stronger flavor) and the fresh herbs. Mix well to distribute the flavors. The garlic should be used sparingly to add just a hint of intensity without overpowering the other flavors. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, being careful not to exceed the MAX FILL . Place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . This allows the cream to fully absorb the flavors of the herbs. - Churn with the Ice Cream program.
Once the 24 hours have passed, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and start the "Ice Cream" . In just a few minutes, you'll have creamy and delicious ice cream, perfect for an aperitif. - Respin Tip:
If the texture is a little too firm after the first cycle, use the Respin to soften the consistency. Add a splash of milk (about 30 ml) if needed.

My Personal Tip:
For an extra touch, try serving this ice cream on small pieces of toast or with vegetable sticks. If you want to mix things up, you can also add some fresh goat cheese to the mixture for a creamier and slightly tangy flavor. This ice cream is perfect as an appetizer and will add a creative touch to your platters!
There you go, your garlic and herb ice cream is ready! It's a refreshing and flavorful ice cream, perfect for appetizers, surprising and delighting with its herbaceous flavors and subtle hint of garlic. Enjoy!
