Want a refreshing dessert that has a little kick more? The Ginger Pomme Sorbet is there for you! The sweetness of apples goes so well with the slight spicy touch of ginger, and honestly, that works wonders. It is a surprising but so delicious combo, and with the Ninja Creami, you get a dream texture.

Ingredients :
- 3 apples (I like to use Granny Smiths for a little acidity, but all varieties work)
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm, peeled and grated)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (to keep the freshness of the apples)
- 80 ml of water
- A small pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the apples
peel and seed the apples, then cut them into small pieces. If you want an even more tangy sorbet, leaves a little skin (this is where the acidity of apples lies!). - Mixes the ingredients
in a blender, adds the pieces of apples, the grated ginger, water, agave syrup, lemon juice and pinch of salt. Mix well until you get a smooth and homogeneous puree. The scent of ginger that mixes with that of apples ... Pure happiness! - Pour into the Ninja Creami container
pours the preparation into your Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the Max Fill . Then, head for the freezer for 24 hours (this is the part where patience is in order!). - Turbine with the Sorbet program
after 24 hours, inserts the container in the Ninja Creami and selects the "Sorbet" . In a few minutes, you will have a creamy sorbet with a hint of ginger that wakes up the taste buds! - Respin tip
If the texture is a little too firm after the first cycle, uses the "Respin" and adds about 30 ml of water to adjust and make the most lighter.

My Personal Tip:
I love to add a little lemon or lime zest over even more freshness. And if you feel in a gourmet mood, a few slightly caramelized pieces of apples will make a perfect topping for this sorbet!
The Gingerpimus sorbet is the kind of dessert that is both pleasure and surprise. Thanks to the Ninja Creami, you get this perfect texture, and the mixture between the softness of the apples and the spice of ginger makes it a dessert as original as it is delicious. It's simple, everyone will love it!
