Ingredients
1 cup of 15% heavy cream
, 2 cups of whole milk
, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar,
2 tablespoons of instant coffee beans,
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract,
2 shots of milk
Instructions
- Heat the whole milk in a saucepan until it is hot but not boiling.
- Stir the instant coffee beans into the hot milk until they are all mixed in.
- Mix the heavy cream and granulated sugar in the bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Stir in the coffee-infused milk and vanilla extract.
- Now, pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container bowl.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Blend using the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk. Blend again using the re-spin cycle.
- Mix again with the re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy texture.
Notes
- For an extra dose of caffeine, you can adjust the amount of instant coffee according to your taste preferences.
- If you want a creamier texture, use espresso powder instead of instant coffee granules.
- Since we all have different taste preferences, some prefer sweeter ice cream while others enjoy it less sweet.
