What you need:

Preparation :

  1. Rehydrating goji berries : Place the goji berries in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes to rehydrate them. This will make them softer and juicier. Once rehydrated, drain them and set them aside.
  2. Prepare the yogurt base : In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sugar (or honey), vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk well until everything is fully incorporated and the texture is smooth. The milk helps give the ice cream a softer texture.
