For a festive aperitif, there's nothing like a champagne granita which combines the effervescence of champagne with the tangy freshness of mandarin. This frozen cocktail is perfect for getting your guests in the holiday spirit.

Ingredients :
- 300 ml of champagne (or prosecco)
- 100 ml freshly squeezed tangerine juice
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup

Instructions :
- Mix the champagne, tangerine juice and syrup in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
