Ingredients

    4 Tablespoons of agave syrup

    1 egg white
    2 shots of agave syrup

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the grapefruit juice, agave syrup and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
  • Beat the egg white until stiff in another bowl.
  • Gently incorporate the whipped egg whites into the grapefruit and mint mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
