This grapefruit-raspberry sorbet combines the tangy freshness of grapefruit with the slightly sweet sweetness of raspberries, creating a delicious and refreshing balance. Perfect for a fruity dessert that is out of the ordinary!

Ingredients :

  • 200 ml fresh grapefruit juice (about 1-2 grapefruits)
  • 200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 6 tablespoons of agave syrup (adjust according to your taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 80 ml of water
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the fruits
    if you use fresh raspberries, wash it well. If they are frozen, let them thaw slightly. Press the grapefruits to obtain the necessary juice.
  2. Mixes ingredients
    in a blender, put grapefruit juice, raspberries, water, agave syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything until you get a very smooth and homogeneous texture.
  3. Pour into the Ninja Creami container
    Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, without exceeding the MAX FILL . Then put the container in the freezer for 24 hours .
  4. Turbine with the Sorbet program
    Once the preparation is well frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the “Sorbet” . A few minutes later, you will have a creamy and refreshing sorbet.
  5. Respin Tip
    If the texture is too firm after the first cycle, use the “Respin” and add about 30 ml of liquid (like a little more grapefruit juice) to smooth the texture.
