Ingredients
3 green apples, peeled and diced;
1 celery stalk, chopped (approximately 100g);
100ml water;
3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey;
2 shots of a liquid of your choice to improve the texture at the end of blending.
Instructions
- Place the diced green apples, celery pieces, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add the agave syrup or honey to the fruit puree and blend again to incorporate well.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami.
- Close the lid of the Ninja Creami and let it freeze for 24 hours.
