Ingredients
3 green apples, peeled and diced
1 celery stalk, cut into pieces (about 100g)
100ml water
3 tbsp agave syrup or honey
2 shots of a liquid of your choice to improve the texture at the end of blending
Instructions
- Place the diced green apples, celery pieces, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add the agave syrup or honey to the fruit puree and blend again to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami.
- Close the lid of the Ninja Creami and let freeze for 24 hours.
- Blend with the Sorbet option. At the end of the cycle, add the 2 shots of the chosen liquid and start a re-spin cycle until you obtain a creamy sorbet texture.
