Ingredients :
- 20 umbels of elderflowers (very fresh)
- 1 liter of water
- 800 g of sugar
- The juice of 2 lemons (and their zest)
- 1 tablespoon of citric acid (optional, for conservation)

Preparation :

pour the still hot syrup into sterilized bottles and immediately close. Keep it in the refrigerator. He keeps several weeks, even months, thanks to citric acid.
