Ingredients :

  • 4 green lemons (about 120 ml of juice)
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of lime zest (optional, for more taste)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the lemon mixture
    in a bowl, whips the lime juice, zest (if used), sugar and eggs together. Make sure the mixture is very smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Cooking the cream
