Homemade peach coulis is the perfect way to enhance your desserts! With its sweet and fruity flavor, this coulis is ideal for serving with ice cream, especially those made with the Ninja Creami. A drizzle of this coulis over vanilla or cream ice cream is pure delight. Here, I'm sharing my quick and easy recipe for a homemade coulis that makes all the difference.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches (yellow or white, depending on your preference)
- 2 tablespoons of agave or honey syrup (adjust according to your taste)
- 50 ml of water (adjust according to the desired consistency)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (to preserve color and enhance flavor)
Preparation

- Prepare the peaches
Start by peeling the peaches (you can immerse the fruit in boiling water for a few seconds to make the skin easier to remove). Then, cut them into pieces to make blending easier. - Blend everything together
. In a blender, blend the peach pieces with the agave syrup, lemon juice, and water. Adjust the amount of water to obtain a smooth, slightly runny coulis, perfect for topping ice cream. If you prefer a thicker coulis, reduce the water a little. - Strain and adjust
If you prefer a smooth coulis, pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the pulp. Taste and adjust the sweetener if necessary. - Storage
This coulis can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for about a week. Very practical for enhancing ice cream at any time!

Tasting
Serve this peach coulis generously over ice cream made with the Ninja Creami—vanilla ice cream, yogurt ice cream, or even an apple-mint sorbet would pair wonderfully with this coulis. And for brunch lovers, it also goes great with pancakes or yogurt. A touch of fruity freshness that transforms your desserts in the blink of an eye!
