to obtain a very smooth coulis, pass the mixture to the sieve or a fine colander in order to remove the seeds and the small pieces. Use a spatula to press the pulp well and recover all the juice. - Let cool
once sifted, let your coulis cool before pouring it into a bottle or a small pot. This coulis keeps very well in the fridge for about a week ... but let's be honest, it will surely be devoured before!
