Ingredients :

  • 150 ml of whole liquid cream
  • 150 ml of whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons of agave syrup (adjust to your taste)
  • 100g of frozen raspberries
  • 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the creamy base.
    In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, milk, agave syrup and amaretto. Whisk lightly until well combined.
  2. Pour into the Ninja Creami container.
    Transfer this base into the Ninja Creami container without the raspberries for now. Make sure not to exceed the MAX FILL , then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours .
  3. Churn using the Ice Cream program.
    After 24 hours, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and select the "Ice Cream" . The base will become perfectly creamy.
  4. Add the raspberries using the Mix-In function.
    Once the "Ice Cream" program is finished, remove the lid and add the frozen raspberries. Use the "Mix-In" to gently fold them in without completely crushing them, so that the raspberry pieces remain in the ice cream.
  5. Respin Tip:
    If the ice cream is a little too firm, use the "Respin" to adjust the texture. Add about 30 ml of milk if necessary.

My Personal Tip:

This ice cream is delicious served as is, but if you want to make it even more decadent, try adding white chocolate chips or a drizzle of raspberry syrup. A few fresh raspberries on top, and you have a visually irresistible and delicious dessert!
