Ice Amaretto raspberry bursts , it is a perfect balance between the sweet almond of the amaretto and the acidity of raspberries. To obtain beautiful bursts of raspberries in your mirror, they are incorporated at the end with the "mix-in" function of the Ninja Creami.
Ingredients :
- 150 ml of whole liquid cream
- 150 ml of whole milk
- 3 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur
- 3 tablespoons of agave syrup (adjusting according to your taste)
- 100 g frozen raspberries
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :
- Prepare the creamy base
in a bowl, mix the cream, milk, agave syrup and amaretto. Whisk slightly so that everything is very homogeneous. - Pour into the Ninja Creami container
transfers this base in the Ninja Creami container without raspberries at the moment. Make sure not to exceed the Max Fill , then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours . - Turbine with the Ice Cream program
after 24 hours, inserts the container in the Ninja Creami and selects the "Ice Cream" . The base will become perfectly creamy. - Add the raspberries with the mix-in function
once the "Ice Cream" program is completed, removes the cover and adds frozen raspberries. "mix-in" function to incorporate them without completely crushing them, in order to keep beautiful raspberry bursts in the ice. - Tip Respin
If the ice is a little too firm, uses the "Respin" to adjust the texture. Add about 30 ml of milk if necessary.
My Personal Tip:
This ice cream is a delight served as it is, but if you want to make it even more greedy, try to add white chocolate shards or a net of raspberry syrup. Some fresh raspberries over it, and you have a visually irresistible and tasty dessert!
