Once the mixture is completely frozen, place the container in the Ninja Creami and use the "Sorbet" to obtain a smooth and creamy texture. - Respin Option:
If the sorbet is too firm after the first cycle, use the "Respin" . Add approximately 30 ml of liquid (water or a little more lime juice) to soften it and achieve an even smoother texture.
My Personal Tip:
This kiwi-lime sorbet is perfect served on its own or with a little freshly chopped mint for extra freshness. You can also serve it with a red berry coulis for a contrasting flavor, or even in a glass of lime soda for an ultra-refreshing drink.
