Ingredients
200 ml of fresh lemon juice
100 g of sugar
1 bunch of fresh basil (about 20 leaves)
100 ml of 15% liquid cream
100 ml of milk
Zest of a lemon
Instructions
- Mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- In a saucepan, mix the basil leaves and the liquid cream. Heat over low heat, let it infuse for 15 minutes. Filter and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the lemon syrup, add the lemon zest.
