Ingredients
200 ml fresh lemon juice,
100 g sugar,
1 bunch fresh basil (approximately 20 leaves),
100 ml 15% fat cream,
100 ml milk,
zest of one lemon
Instructions
- Mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- In a saucepan, combine the basil leaves and cream. Heat gently and let infuse for 15 minutes. Strain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix the fresh cream with the lemon syrup, add the lemon zest.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
