Ingredients :
- 150 ml of fresh lemon juice (about 5 lemons)
- 150 ml of water
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm, peeled and grated)
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 1 pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation :
- Prepare the syrup.
In a small saucepan, heat the water and sugar over medium heat. Add the grated ginger and lemon zest, then simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse. Remove from the heat and let cool. - Add the lemon juice.
