Ingredients :

  • 5 very ripe kiwis (about 400 g)
  • 80 ml of water
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lime zest
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the kiwis
