Ingredients
3 cups of freshly squeezed mandarin juice,
1/2 cup of granulated sugar,
1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
the zest of 1 mandarin,
2 shots of water
Instructions
- Whisk together the mandarin juice, granulated sugar, lemon juice and mandarin zest in the bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Blend using the ice cream setting. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the water. Blend again using the re-spin setting until you achieve a creamy texture.

Notes
- The mandarin zest enhances the flavor, but you can omit it if you wish.
- Since we all have different taste preferences, some prefer sweeter ice cream while others enjoy it less sweet. To ensure your ice cream is to your liking, don't hesitate to taste your mixture before placing it in the freezer with your Ninja Creami.
