Ingredients
1 cup of 15% heavy cream
, 2 cups of whole milk
, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar,
2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder,
2 shots of milk
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix a small amount of water with the matcha green tea powder in a bowl to obtain a smooth paste.
- In the same bowl, combine the cooled milk and matcha paste. Mix well. 4. Now, add the heavy cream and whisk until well combined.
- Next, pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Blend using the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk shots. Blend again using the re-spin cycle.
