Ingredients
1 cup 15% liquid cream
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
2 shots of milk
Instructions
- In the saucepan, heat the milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix a small amount of water with the matcha green tea powder in a bowl to make a smooth paste.
- In the same bowl, mix the cooled milk and matcha paste. Mix well. 4. Now add the heavy cream and whisk until everything is well incorporated.
- Next, pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
- Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
- Mix with the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk shots. Mix again with the re-spin cycle.
