A foolproof recipe for Matcha Tea Ice Cream with the Ninja Creami.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of 15% heavy cream
    , 2 cups of whole milk
    , 1/2 cup of granulated sugar,
    2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder,
    2 shots of milk

Instructions

  •  In a saucepan, heat the milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Mix a small amount of water with the matcha green tea powder in a bowl to obtain a smooth paste.
  • In the same bowl, combine the cooled milk and matcha paste. Mix well. 4. Now, add the heavy cream and whisk until well combined.
  • Next, pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container.
  • Leave to freeze for 24 hours.
  • Blend using the ice cream option. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and add the milk shots. Blend again using the re-spin cycle.

Notes

  • Make sure to use high-quality matcha powder for optimal flavor and color.
  • You can use plant-based creams and milk to make Vegan ice cream.
  • Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
