Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, known for its richness and sweetness, is the star of this frozen creation. Melting into smooth ice cream, it delivers an irresistible chocolate experience with every spoonful. Get ready to indulge in this divine marriage of creamy ice cream and Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate chunks, for an unforgettable chocolate indulgence.
Ingredients
20g Philadelphia cheese spread
55g caster sugar
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla extract
100ml 20% liquid cream
250ml whole milk
30g Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate (or more depending on your preference)
Sauce with industrial caramel for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, put the cheese spread and microwave it until softened.
Mix it with a spoon to get a smooth texture. Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl, then mix well until the sugar is completely incorporated.
Gradually add the liquid cream and milk, mixing well until the mixture is homogeneous. - Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
Place the storage lid on and freeze for 24 hours. Remove the jar from the freezer and remove the lid. - Make sure the bowl is firmly in place in the appliance and select the "Ice Cream" program.
Start the cycle. Once the cycle is complete, run a second “Ice Cream Lite” cycle again.
After the second cycle, add 1 shot (or 1 tablespoon) of milk.
Reinsert the bowl into the device and press “RE-SPIN”. Continue to mix until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous texture. - Add the coarsely crushed Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate pieces on top of the ice cream.
Generously pour the chocolate sauce over the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate pieces.
Using a spoon, gently mix the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate pieces and ice cream sauce.
