minutesGo on a gourmet journey with my Coconut Chocolate McFlurry recipe. Inspired by tropical delights, this frozen dessert combines the creaminess of coconut with the intensity of chocolate. Imagine yourself under the coconut trees, savoring every bite of this exotic ice cream topped with melting chocolate.
Ingredients
20 g Philadelphia cheese spread
50 g caster sugar
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla extract
150 ml coconut yogurt
230 ml coconut milk
30 g grated coconut
Chocolate sauce for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the coconut cheese spread with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the yogurt and coconut milk, mixing well until the mixture is smooth. - Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
Place the storage lid on and freeze for 24 hours. Remove the jar from the freezer and remove the lid. - Make sure the bowl is firmly in place in the appliance and select the "Ice Cream" program. Start the cycle.
Once the cycle is complete, run a second “Ice Cream Lite” cycle again.
After the second cycle, add 1 shot (or 1 tablespoon) of coconut milk. Reinsert the bowl into the device and press “RE-SPIN”.
Continue to mix until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous texture. - Add the grated coconut on top of the ice cream.
Generously pour the chocolate sauce over the coconut.
Using a spoon, gently mix the coconut and ice cream sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious Coconut McFlurry with exotic notes!
